Betsy has spent the past 20 years in the staffing business and has become a specialist in mortgage and title/escrow placement for both temporary help and direct hire placement.  Her extensive staffing background has also touched many other industry sectors, including legal and banking. She has lived in the valley for the past 23 years and is an alumni of Arizona State University.

Erin is a Phoenix native. She has her bachelors in Business Management and is currently working on her masters in Human Resources. Erin joined Lakeshore in 2009 with no prior staffing experience and has found it to be a rewarding and advancing career. She enjoys helping others and working in a challenging environment. Erin is huge movie buff especially Science Fiction. She is a huge Boston Terrier lover, having two at home that take up most of her free time.

Sean Kosla

Sean Kosla is originally from Cleveland , Ohio and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1985.  After graduating from high school he received his private pilot’s license at the age of 18 and started his first sales job at the age of 15 years old.  He attended DeVry University and attained is Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems.  He joined the staffing industry in 1997 as a temporary employee filing for one of the staffing services offices and fell in love with the industry when he placed his first person into a great job and was able to meet the employee’s entire family when she came in to pick up her paycheck.  Working his way up from filing, office administration, recruiting, sales and then management he has learned all aspects of what the staffing industry is all about.  He currently resides in North Phoenix and has rescued 2 cats and 1 dog giving him a total of 6 animals in his home that he loves to spend his free time with.
