Team Captain, Recruitment Experience
Amy graduated from the University of Georgia where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Journalism with a concentration in Magazine Writing and Nutrition. Amy began her career in Marketing and Advertising, where she was a Marketing Communications Manager at Professional Photographers of America and an Account Manager at several advertising agencies in both Colorado and Georgia. She then transitioned into recruiting for Marketing and Advertising professionals at The Creative Group, a division of Robert Half International. It was there where she developed her passion for recruiting. Amy recently joined Lakeshore Staffing to continue her career path in recruiting. She is originally from Atlanta, GA and only moved to Colorado 4 years ago. Her love for skiing, camping, hiking and anything related to the outdoors is what brought her to Colorado.

Angela Ramlet is a graduate from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI with a degree in Business Administration. She recently joined the Lakeshore team as a Staffing Coordinator, providing support to all consultants in the Denver Tech Center office. She was recently promoted to the Concierge position, working as the main touchpoint for all candidates currently looking for positions. She looks forward to a career in the staffing industry, especially being apart of the recruitment experience. Angela is a Denver native that enjoys skiing, hiking, boating, and photography.

Cathy Ng graduated from Truman State University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Cathy started her career on the Management Team at Target Corporation. Prior to joining Lakeshore, she was with Ernst and Young as a Resource Manager for their Audit group in Chicago where she coordinated engagements for Staff and Senior Auditors. Cathy joined the Lakeshore team in 2005 and is currently on our Downtown Denver team. She is originally from St. Louis, Missouri where she started her passion for the “fastest sport on two feet.” She is a former lacrosse player, coach and official.

Danette Nolte has 15 years of proven account management and business development experience with over seven years at Lakeshore. Danette successfully developed many business and finance clients. In January of 2007, she was given the privilege to lead the Healthcare Division of Lakeshore in the Denver Market. Prior to Lakeshore, Danette worked in upper level retail management for The May Companies, where she was responsible for growing and developing unsuccessful markets. She is originally from Iowa, and after graduating from Iowa State University, she relocated to Denver. She and her husband have two daughters.

Haley Burrow relocated to Denver from Texas over 10 years ago and joined Lakeshore in 2003. She started her career working as an Account Manager in the telecommunications industry. She was responsible for client development and customer retention. She has spent the last five years at Lakeshore developing business at a corporate level in a variety of industries. Her strength is in placing quality candidates quickly and maintaining strong client relationships. Haley has a Business degree with an emphasis in Human Resources. She and her husband have two children and in her spare time she enjoys scrapbooking photos in the mountains.

Team Coordinator
Holly Hudgins is a recent graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in English. During her Senior year of college, Holly moved to Colorado to teach preschool and fell in love with the mountains. After graduating she quickly returned to Colorado and joined Lakeshore’s Denver Tech Center office as a Front Desk Coordinator. She is excited to learn about the industry and develop valuable office skills. In her spare time she explores the nearby mountains with her puppy, George.

Joe Goodwin graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Joe started his career in accounting working for First Data Corporation in the SEC Reporting group. After spending time within accounting, Joe joined the Lakeshore team two years ago and is currently on our Downtown Denver team. He has lived in Colorado for a majority of his life and enjoys keeping himself busy outdoors.

Mike McKay is originally from New York but has lived in Colorado for 4 years. He has been in Staffing for 10+ years and still enjoys it as much as he did the first day. Mike can most often be found outside of work on a tennis court, in a league or in a tournament. Between the months of October and February he can be found somewhere in the vicinity of his couch, if not on it, watching football. Mike also enjoy skiing, hiking and riding his bike.

Pam Black graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Marketing and has over 15 years of account management experience. She worked as a medical assistant for a surgical practice while going to school and was promoted to Practice Manager. She changed careers, after the surgeons retired, and went to work for Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager/Account Manager until she was recruited by one of her clients as National Director of Agents for a Same Day Courier Company in Los Angeles, where she was employed for 12 years. She was responsible for hiring, training and managing 1200 vendors, and was also member of their corporate management team. In 2006, she and her husband relocated to Denver and she joined Lakeshore’s Healthcare Team in the DTC. She enjoys golfing, skiing and hiking.

Pamela has over eight years in the Financial Services Industry and three years in Direct Mail/Marketing as an Account Manager. She was responsible for developing client relationships and increasing productivity. She joined Lakeshore in 2007 and is responsible for managing clients in the Financial Service, Insurance, Property Management and Accounting industries. She has been able to utilize her prior experience and further partner and provide a high level of Staffing partnerships within her existing client base. Pamela graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Business Management. She resides in Denver with her husband and two children.

Sara received her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University in Organizational Communication and Management. She also has her Masters degree from the University of Denver in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Training and Development. Sara spent four years running a Contingent Staffing Program as was an on-site Program Manager for international Engineering firm, URS Corp. She was responsible for account management, client and employee relations, as well as vendor management. Prior to joining the Lakeshore Denver Tech Center team Sara was a Human Resource Manager for The Home Depot. Sara is originally from Michigan where she developed a passion for skiing and outdoor activities. It was that passion that brought her to Colorado where she enjoys skiing, backpacking, hiking, and reading.
